Common Questions
How does the process work?
The process is seamless: browse our collections, select your guest count, and book. We deliver the complete tablescape, you host your event, and we return to pick up the items when you're finished.
What is the timing for delivery and pickup?
We typically deliver the morning of your event or the day prior, depending on availability. Pickup is scheduled for the day following your event. We will coordinate a specific window that works for you.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand that accidents happen. Small chips or minor stains are covered, but significant damage or missing items will incur a replacement fee. We include a detailed damage policy in your booking agreement.
What do I need to provide as a host?
As a host, you simply need to provide the table, the food, and the drinks. We take care of everything else needed for a stunning tablescape. We even handle the washing—just clear the plates and pack them away.
Do you offer setup services?
Our standard service includes doorstep delivery and pickup. The collections are designed to be easily set up by the host, but we do offer an optional white-glove setup service for an additional fee.
